The bedrooms lead off from the main area with air conditioning and ensuite shower rooms. The outside areas are the crowning glory of the villa, with a larger than average swimming pool at the front surrounded by green lawns and an outside kitchen complete with a barbecue and sink, for wonderful outdoors living. There are plenty of seating areas dotted around the pool and a covered dining area. The Capital Argostoli is a 15 minute drive boasting a great selection of restaurants, shops cafes and bars. A favourite pastime is buying groceries, meat and fish from the many colourful markets on Argostoli harbour, and enjoying a coffee watching the boats sail into the harbour. Metaxata is located on the south coast of Kefalonia, just a few minutes from an array of pristine blue flag beaches. Metaxata is only a short drive from the famous clears waters of Avithos Beach and other many sandy beaches. Metaxata offers a variety of tavernas, bars, mini-markets and a small harbour only a few minute drive. This part of the island is the ideal destination for a laid-back beach holiday. This quiet rural setting also attracts couples looking for romance! There are also excellent walking tracks throughout the area.  If you are after a little more action, not far from Metaxata is the resort town of Lassi offering a variety of water sports  such as sea kayaking, jet skiing, waterskiing, boat trips, diving and snorkelling. Many guests staying in Metaxata choose to hire their own boat for the day and explore the coastline at their leisure.
